I did not buy the car in Seattle that I test drove last week. This week, however, I bought a car in Canada tha t I have not yet driven . The seller says it runs great except for when it occasionally stalls at stoplights for no reason, so I’m planning to fly to Vancouver and drive it back to Seattle on Monday. Anybody free to have coffee in downtown Vancouver on Monday morning, or a beer in the afternoon before I head for the border?

If you wanted to come to Fort Langley (easy to get to off the highway) it’s a pretty easy drive to the border!

I talked to a CBP agent who recommended using the Pacific Highway crossing rather than the Peace Arch but I’m open to recommendations. What say you?

I would use the Aldergrove/Lynden crossing. In my experience , it has limited wait times, and you just have to drive down the Guide to I-5.

The drive from Highway 1 to Pac Highway kinda sucks. They both will be about the same overall time.
